The name Rushton can be traced back to Edward Rushton Son and Kenyon Ltd which was a leading valuation company from 1855. Many of our staff worked and trained with ERS&K until they joined Rushton International when it was established in 1997.
1997
Rushton international established by founding shareholders. Both shareholders had an established history with the valuation of assets for insurance purposes and brought together heritage from family run and corporate valuation firms.
2006
Susan Davies becomes shareholder of the company and Managing Director of Marketing.
2007
London office opened to complement Head office in Manchester and offices in US.
2010
New Office opened in Abu Dhabi to complement many years of work undertaken in UAE and GCC region.
2011
New office opened in Southern Ireland.
2016
Change of Ownership. Susan Davies becomes owner alongside Gareth Williams. Management team set up to manage day to day activity of the company.
Present
Head office moved from Manchester to London.
